At Made With Aloha Custom Magnets, each item is created with care and personalized just for you. Because our magnets are custom-made with your photos, designs, or quotes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has started. However, we want you to love your order, so if something isn’t right, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right!

Custom & Personalized Orders

All items are made to order, so we do not accept:

  • Returns or exchanges for custom products

  • Cancellations once your order has been approved or entered into production

Because each magnet is printed directly from the image you provide, the final quality depends on the quality of the photo submitted. Please be sure to upload clear, high-resolution images for the best print results — your magnet can only be made as beautifully as the image you send.

Please double-check all spelling, dates, and photos before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madewithaloha.24@gmail.com.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo showing the problem

Once verified, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

Color & Image Variations

Please note that colors may appear slightly different in print compared to what you see on your screen. These small differences are normal and not considered defects.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but your order hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check your shipping address.

  2. Look around your property or check with neighbors.

  3. Contact your local post office for assistance.

If the package is still not located, contact us — we’ll do our best to help file a claim or find a resolution.
